Services Description

Long Island Roofing Pros is a free referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local roofing contractors. We do not perform roofing work ourselves. Through this website, homeowners in Nassau County and Suffolk County, Long Island, New York can request to be connected with an independent roofing contractor for roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage repair, roof inspection, metal roofing, or new roof installation. The service is free for homeowners and subject to contractor availability.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates, pricing, contracts and scheduling are provided by and agreed directly between you and the independent contractor you choose to hire. Long Island Roofing Prosis not a party to that contract and does not set the contractor's prices.

Price ranges displayed on our website are approximate and provided for informational purposes only. They reflect typical costs for Long Island projects and may not reflect your specific situation.

Licenses & Permits

Long Island Roofing Pros does not perform roofing work and does not hold a contractor license. Roofing work in Nassau and Suffolk County requires a county Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license, and building permits are the responsibility of the contractor you hire. Before hiring any contractor, you are responsible for verifying their license, insurance and references.

Warranties

Long Island Roofing Pros does not provide any warranty on roofing work or materials. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the material manufacturers under their own terms, and any workmanship warranty is provided by the contractor you hire, as stated in your written contract with them.

Insurance Claims

Long Island Roofing Pros is not an insurance company or public adjuster and does not handle insurance claims. Any claim documentation is provided by the contractor you hire. No one can guarantee insurance claim outcomes. The homeowner is ultimately responsible for their relationship with their insurance provider.

User Submissions

By submitting information through our contact forms, you grant us permission to contact you regarding your inquiry via phone, email, or text message, and to share your request with an independent roofing contractor who may also contact you about it. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or spam content through our forms.
